It's a phrase I've instilled in my children and one I try to live by.
So when I came across this simple technique to create your very own Rose Water and Rose Oil I just had to share it with you!
This is my GIFT to you, sharing the amazing properties and benefits of nature's wonders. I've previously written about the benefits of the essential oils I use in my foot & bath soak products but today I want to get specific about roses.
Whilst we may all not be able to afford a rose petal-filled bath like Cleopatra many times (if any) in our lives, we can certainly still obtain the benefits from the natural beauty that is the (not so) humble rose petal.
Why pay ridiculous over-the-counter prices when you can make it yourself for a fraction of the cost?

With a bit of picking, brewing and stewing you'll soon have something so magical you won't know how you've lived without it!
Trust me - this is SO SIMPLE AND FUN to make and you'll be enjoying the fruits of your labour for weeks, if not months, to come (if you can restrain yourself from using it all up in the first week)!.
